2. Log on to the Internet and open your web browser.

4. Direct it to address http://vcom.sakon.com. Important! Do NOT type www after the http://. You must type the address exactly as it appears above.

6. In the "username" box, enter your name EXACTLY as it appears on your welcome letter. This information is case sensitive, so be sure not to substitute uppercase for lowercase or lowercase for uppercase.
7. In the "password" box, enter your four digit CUSTOMER ID # as it appears on your welcome letter, just above your access number(s).
8. Once you have done this successfully, you will see the message: "Welcome to the Sakon Virtual Communications Center". You may then make your choices from the main menu.
